CRUSA Travel Coaches Meeting Monday March 15

The March CRUSA Travel Coaches meeting will be held on Monday March 15, 2010 starting at 7:30 pm at the Northampton Township Water and Sewer building. All teams must have a representative present and contact Mark Reilly @ crusatravel@crusa.net with any questions.
Congratulations FC Bucks Coach Ed Leigh
Named EPYSA Coach of the Year
Congratulations to FC Bucks Coach Ed Leigh on being chosen as the EPYSA Girls Teams Coach of the Year at the annual general membership meeting in Downingtown this past Sunday March 7, 2010. Coach Leigh is the coach of the current National Champion FC Bucks Vipers U19 girls team, the U16 FC Bucks Xtreme and the U11 FC Bucks Wildcats. Congratulations to Coach Leigh!
CRUSA Fields Status - Spring 2010
All CRUSA fields are currently closed to all teams all divisions including day and evening practices. All CRUSA fields are being inspected and considering the amount of snow melt and now the expected rain this weekend all fields will be closed thru at least Monday 3/15/2010. FC Bucks Girls Accepted into Elite Clubs National League (ECNL)
CRUSA is proud to announce that the FC Bucks Girls division of our club has been accepted into the Elite Clubs National League. The ECNL is a non-profit national youth soccer league founded in 2009 to provide the best possible developmental environment for American female youth soccer players through the creation of the highest level of national competition and an identification and development program to provide an avenue for players to participate in U.S. Soccer's National Teams. Our clubs acceptance was one of 12 new clubs accepted into this prestigious new league and makes CRUSA/FC Bucks girls one of only 52 clubs in the country that have been accepted. Membership in the ECNL will bring many great opportunities to the member teams including advanced player development, a great competitive structure to compete at the highest levels nationally, a unique player identification program for national teams and the best opportunity for college showcase exposure.
Congratulations again to the FC Bucks Girls division of our club on being accepted into the Elite Clubs National League and special thanks to our clubs Coaching Directors and all of the great players, teams, families and coaches that have paved the way for this membership in the ECNL. CRUSA is proud to announce the implementation of new soccer staff positions and the appointment of an expert staff to fill these new positions within our club. Our club has undertaken many new initiatives over the last few years that we know have improved the experience for all of our families. FC Bucks Vipers U18 Girls team Win National Championship
National Championship Summary: Congratulations to the FC Bucks Vipers U18 Girls team and head coach Ed Leigh on winning the U18 US Youth Soccer Association National Championship on Sunday July 26th 2009. The FC Bucks Vipers became the first CRUSA/FC Bucks team to win Nationals and also the first women’s team from Pennsylvania to win a national championship. Soccer America magazine released its top 40 list of the best youth soccer clubs in America and FC Bucks was listed at #18 in the country on the list of girls clubs. We encourage everyone associated with CRUSA to help expand our clubs support of the Miracle League. (CLICK HERE for the Miracle League of Northampton website.) There are many ways that we can help raise funding for the new facility being built at Northampton Municipal Park for our community's special needs children and we are asking everyone to support the Miracle Leagues current fundraiser called Dining Out.
